Role Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Hotel Internal Auditor to oversee and evaluate the financial and operational systems within our hospitality operations.
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid auditing experience, deep knowledge of hotel procedures, and strong proficiency in hotel management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, operational procedures, and control systems.
• Review and verify daily revenue reports, cash receipts, and accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations.
• Identify process gaps, financial risks, and opportunities for efficiency improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with department heads to strengthen financial integrity and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Internal Auditor within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting and management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Micros, Sage, or similar systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, or CIA) is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
