• Successful previous experience as a Business manager in hospitality and tourism or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven excellent record in event management is anadded advantage
• Familiar with Customer relation softwares and market analytics
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Ability to lead a team, excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
