Responsibilities

• Carry out measurements and inspections at job sites based on job briefs.
• Carry out installations/brandings at job sites and overseeing the activies of external contractors on/off job site till full completion.
• Ensure proper planning on all installations/brandings and execution on all field jobs
• Acquire market prices and price updates for production briefs.
• Assist in purchasing materials and acquiring vendors to fulfil job briefs.
• Provide accurate cost estimates on materials and labour on all job briefs.
• Examine specifications, sample layouts, and mock-ups to calculate unit and production costs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 2-3 years relevant work experience handling Clients in an Advertising/brand communication agency or Print company.
• Professional with good communication skills.
• Proven records in branding and installation.
• Experience in field operations and project management.
• Good initiatives and negotiation skills.

• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customers' requirements and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the Finance/Admin department
• Preparation of Payment Vouchers and Sale Invoices
• Maintain record of Account payables (Creditors)
• Receive, process, and file bills, correspondence and all paper works
• Work with the logistics team on deliveries and invoicing
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Enter and review financial data into the accounting system
• Assist in preparation for relevant government Audit team

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or B.Sc. with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience handling Financial processes.
• Professional with good accounting skills.
• Experience in maintenance of account records.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily checks are done before moving vehicle
• Obey all traffic rules and ensure vehicle compliance to traffic laws
• Monitor vehicle and personal driving documents to ensure validity always
• Drive to major Lagos routes as instructed.
