    Facility Manager

    Job Summary

    • As the Facilities Manager, you ensure that services meet the needs of the workers it houses by inspecting and repairing electrical problems. Your primary responsibilities are security, maintenance and repairs.

    Responsibilities

    • Create, communicate and document a Health Safety and Environment Manual.
    • Maintain inventory record and log book of all electrical spares, cleaning consumables and all other stock items with monthly reconciliation of Inventory Log Book with physical items in the store through the rendition of monthly inventory report
    • Routine and unannounced inspection of premises, equipment and assets to ensure that all assets within the premises are in good working condition
    • Management of mechanical related equipment (ACs in the lift room, plumbing etc.) and prompt resolution of all mechanical and electrical issues.
    • Determine re-order levels for inventory (Cleaning consumable, electrical spares etc.) in the store and prompt placement of orders for replenishment.
    • Effective Space Management to ensure the premises is free of all forms of clutter and that unused items are appropriately stored in the designated storage room.
    • Schedule equipment maintenance for generators, swimming pool, gym equipment and ensure the proper updating of the Maintenance Log Books duly signed and dated

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Electrical Engineering, Facility management or relevant field
    • 2 - 5 years’ experience in an Administrative Capacity
    • Certification from a recognized Facility Management Professional Body (e.g. IFMA, BIFM etc.) would be an advantage.

    IT Officer

    Job Summary

    • The IT Manager’s responsibility will be to ensure the organization maintains a robust and secure Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure, facilitating operational efficiency to satisfy its members.

    Responsibilities

    • Network Management: Oversee installation, maintenance, and management of the computer network to ensure consistent availability and efficiency.
    • Database Management: Develop and manage database systems to ensure data integrity and security.
    • IT Infrastructure: Ensure the IT infrastructure supports the organization's operations, including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
    • Cyber Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organization's IT systems from threats.
    • Ensure software licensing and updates meet organizational needs.
    • Conduct regular inspections to prevent misuse of programs and systems.
    • Monitor network bandwidth usage according to ICT policy.
    • Assist in evaluating and updating business processes for efficiency.
    • Develop and execute system test plans, improvements, and fixes.
    • Coordinate IT activities with internal and external stakeholders.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in ICT management, with expertise in computer hardware, software, and project management.
    • ICT certifications such as MSCE, CCNA; additional certifications like CWNP, CISA, MCITP, MCTS, CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, PMP are advantageous.
    • Experience in LAN/cloud solutions, Chrome Environment, ERP, security, bandwidth management, and vendor management.
