    Experienced Hotel Accountant

    Role Overview

    • This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced accountant based in Lagos.
    • The accountant will be responsible for monitoring diverse revenue streams and conducting daily reconciliations of sales from all outlets.
    • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit and loss, managing accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR), ensuring vendor payments are timely and chasing late guest payments while also contributing meaningfully to the success of the enterprise.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing and controlling payroll
    • Producing an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods
    • Preparing profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management
    • Assisting in preparing budgets and business planning, including projected room revenue
    • Reconciling bank statements
    • Ensuring legislation is followed regarding VAT and PAYE
    • Chasing late payments, reporting bad debts, and keeping a careful eye on cash flow

    Required Qualifications and Skills

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an accredited University
    • Proven experience as an accountant in the same establishment or a similar one
    • Relevant professional qualifications, e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPFA, are an added advantage
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

    Entry-level Accountant

    Role Overview

    • This is a full-time, on-site role for a junior accountant based in Lagos. The accountant will support the Finance & Accounts Department in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
    • He/she will also adhere to the organization’s policies, supports audits activities, and contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial information for effective decisions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Record and update daily financial transactions including cash, bank, and site payments
    • Verify and file supporting documents such as receipts, invoices and waybills
    • Prepare weekly cash expense reports and reconcile balances with the accountant
    • Monitor site cash usage and ensure reports align with actual disbursements
    • Post approved payment vouchers and journal entries accurately
    • Track staff and site cash advances, ensuring prompt retirements
    • Assist in updating asset records and generating accurate reports
    • Produce weekly and monthly financial reports for management review
    • Maintain bank and petty cash reconciliations
    • Support month-end closing activities and report generation

    Qualification and Experience

    • HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance or a similar field with 1 year of experience in a finance or accounting department

    • Outstanding documentation skills and being well organized

    Role Overview

    • The Business Development Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing strategic partnerships with key FMCG beverage companies, including International Breweries, Nigerian Breweries, and Guinness Nigeria.
    • The role involves identifying business opportunities, executing sales strategies, and strengthening distribution channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting key accounts within the beverage sector.
    • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
    • Create tailored business proposals and value propositions for each brewery client.

    Qualifications & Requirements
