    Executive Driver

    Responsibilities and Roles

    • Drive executives and assigned passengers safely to offices, meetings, airports, events, and other destinations.
    • Punctuality and route planning
    • Plan routes ahead of time, monitor traffic, and ensure the executive arrives early or on time.
    • Vehicle maintenanc , keep the vehicle clean, fuelled, serviced, and in good working condition. Report faults or repair needs promptly.
    • Daily vehicle inspection, check tyres, brakes, lights, engine oil, water, battery, fuel level, and other safety features before trips.
    • Professional appearance and conduct, dress neatly, be polite, respectful, calm, and maintain good manners when dealing with executives, clients, and visitors.
    • Confidentiality, keep private any conversations, documents, locations, schedules, or business information heard or seen while on duty.
    • Security awareness, bealert to suspicious situations, avoid unsafe routes where necessary, and follow company or executive security instructions.
    • Knowledge of roads and locations,Know major roads, business districts, airports, hotels, hospitals, and alternative routes within the area.
    • Passenger assistance, help passengers with opening doors, loading luggage, carrying documents where appropriate, and ensuring their comfort.
    • Record keeping, maintain records of trips, mileage, fuel purchases, servicing, repairs, and vehicle expenses.
    • Compliance with traffic laws, obey speed limits, road signs, parking rules, and all traffic regulations at all times.
    • Availability and flexibility, be ready to work outside normal hours when required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or official trips.
    • Emergency response, know basic first aid, emergency contacts, and what to do in case of accidents, breakdowns, or medical emergencies.
    • Vehicle documentation, ensure the driver’s licence, insurance, roadworthiness certificate, vehicle papers, and company permits are valid and available.
    • Representing the organization well, since the driver often interacts with visitors and clients, they should represent the organization with courtesy and professionalism.
