    Executive Assistant to the GMD

    About the job

    • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive,tech-savvy Executive Assistant with strong project management capability and experience in Tech, FMCG, Food & Beverages, or related sectors to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate has strong administrative and operational experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid background using digital tools and technology to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. This role requires professionalism, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

    Responsibilities

    • Project Management.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and executive leadership team.
    • Manage complex calendars, schedules, travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
    • Prepare executive briefs, reports, presentations, and communication materials.
    • Organize and prioritize incoming emails, tasks, and requests.
    • Oversee daily executive office operations to ensure efficiency.
    • Coordinate cross-departmental communication between Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Production units.

    • Support automation of administrative tasks and integration of new technologies across the executive office.
    • Assist in tracking product launches, sales performance, inventory updates, and production timelines.
    • Prepare documentation related to distributors, vendors, and supply chain partners.
    • Draft reports, market summaries, and competitor insights specific to the Food & Beverage industry.
    • Draft professional emails, memos, and internal communication on behalf of executives.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
    • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
    • Support special projects, marketing campaigns, product rollouts, and internal initiatives.
    • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
    • Assist in coordinating events, stakeholder meetings, and partner engagements.

    Requirements

    • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in FMCG, Food & Beverages, or related sectors.
    • Proven track record of successful Projects Management.
    • Strong experience using tech tools and digital platforms for workflow and productivity.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle sensitive information.
    • Professional presence, high emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills.
