    Executive Assistant and Project Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    • The Executive Assistant and Project Supervisor to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides high-level administrative, analytical, and project management support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the COO’s office. The role requires a detail-oriented, data-savvy, and highly organized professional capable of managing multiple priorities, tracking project deliverables, analyzing reports, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Executive and Office Management

    • Manage and maintain the COO’s calendar, appointments, and daily schedule to ensure effective time management.
    • Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence for the COO’s meetings and briefings.
    • Coordinate and document meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all matters with professionalism and discretion.

    Operational, Analytical, and Project Management Support

    • Analyze operational data, track performance metrics, and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
    • Support the preparation of performance dashboards, business insights, and strategic presentations.
    • Manage and track the progress of key projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure effective follow-up and accountability.
    • Liaise with internal teams to collect and organize information for management reports, operational reviews, and project updates

    Strategic Support and Coordination

    • Assist in the planning and execution of departmental goals and strategic initiatives.
    • Monitor progress of key operational activities and provide regular updates to the COO.
    • Anticipate the COO’s needs and provide proactive administrative, analytical, and project management support.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in an executive-level support role, ideally within a large or multinational organization.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple work-streams and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
    • Experience using project management tools or frameworks (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Confidence in liaising with senior directors, stakeholders, and their executive assistants.
    • Flexible, composed, and effective under varying workloads and tight deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Initiative-driven, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent.
    • Committed to confidentiality and handling of sensitive information.
    • Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
    • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading and document preparation skills.

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a competent and visionary Head of Lagride Academy to lead all training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives for Lagride Captains. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and strong leader with a passion for human development, operational structure, and quality delivery. This position requires a proactive and result-oriented professional capable of building a training institution that produces well-trained, responsible, and service-driven Captains.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the Academy’s operations, ensuring alignment with Lagride’s mission and mobility objectives.
    • Training Development: Design, implement, and monitor driver training programs focused on professionalism, safety, customer service, and technology usage.
    • Curriculum Management: Develop and continuously update training modules, ensuring they meet industry standards and operational realities.
    • Staff Supervision: Lead and coordinate a team of instructors, training officers, and administrative staff to deliver efficient and impactful sessions.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate trainee progress, ensuring readiness before deployment into active service.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Operations, and Technical Units to ensure training outcomes directly improve service quality and operational performance.
    • Compliance & Certification: Ensure all training programs meet regulatory and company standards, issuing certificates to qualified Captains.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in leadership or training management position.
    • Proven experience in designing and managing large-scale training programs.
    • Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
    • Experience within the transportation, logistics, or e-hailing industry is a major advantage.
