    Job Summary

    • We are hiring an experienced Environmental Manager to lead environmental consultancy and compliance monitoring services.
    • This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations align with environmental regulations and overseeing the environmental laboratory’s operations.
    • The ideal candidate will also be responsible for delivering sustainability services to clients across a range of sectors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
    • Lead environmental consultancy teams, providing desktop, field, laboratory, and environmental studies and monitoring projects for various clients.
    • Oversee ESG services, ensuring that client projects meet regulatory requirements while promoting sustainable practices.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and supervise the production of men’s suits and traditional wear from concept to final delivery.
    • Oversee daily tailoring operations while enforcing high-quality standards in stitching, finishing, and garment presentation.
    • Conduct quality inspections at all stages (pre-production, fittings, and final output) to ensure premium standards.
    • Take accurate measurements, supervise fittings, and ensure precise implementation of alterations.
    • Review patterns and ensure alignment with client specifications and design expectations.
    • Monitor fabric selection and usage, ensuring correct materials are used and minimizing waste.
    • Train and guide tailors on modern design techniques and luxury finishing standards.
    • Implement and maintain quality control processes, track defects, and ensure timely corrections.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
    • Must be a male candidate with strong hands-on experience in fashion design (menswear).
    • Proven experience designing and producing men’s suits and traditional attire.
    • Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern drafting, measurements, and fittings.
    • Ability to combine creativity with technical production and quality control.
    • Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
    • High attention to detail and commitment to premium finishing.
    • Must reside in Surulere or nearby environs.

    Work Schedule:

    • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

    Internal Auditor

    Role Summary

    • A reputable food manufacturing company seeks to engage a competent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to support management by evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with operational and financial procedures, and strengthening risk management across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled internal audits across finance, production, inventory, and operational functions
    • Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures
    • Audit inventory movement, raw material utilization, wastage levels, and finished goods reconciliation
    • Verify the accuracy of financial records, expense claims, and payroll-related processes
    • Identify control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and operational risks, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
    • Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management
    • Monitor and follow up on the implementation of agreed audit recommendations
    • Support external audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance inspections as required

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline with 2–4 years’ experience in Internal Audit, preferably within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
    • Sound knowledge of audit procedures, internal controls, and risk management frameworks
    • Prior experience auditing inventory and production processes is an added advantage
    • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
    • High level of integrity, objectivity, and confidentiality
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
