    Enterprise Risk Management Officer

    Job description

    • The Enterprise Risk Management Officer will be responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across various departments of the Bank.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assess the Bank’s core risk areas and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
    • Manage and monitor risk exposures across various units, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory expectations.
    • Create, analyze, and disseminate risk reports and dashboards for internal control and senior management review.
    • Follow up on compliance issues and audit observations, ensuring timely closure and control remediation.
    • Review and escalate findings from customer complaints received via the Bank’s toll-free telephone line, and support investigations in collaboration with the Unit Head.
    • Conduct daily transaction checks and exception reports, especially those related to field operations and loan disbursement.
    • Perform transaction call-over, quality control checks, and loan officer activity reviews.
    • Support the documentation and continuous improvement of the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
    • Participate in periodic risk assessments, stress testing, and internal audits.
    • Carry out other ad hoc risk-related assignments as directed by the Unit Head.Qualifications & Requirements:
    • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
    • 3 years of relevant experience in risk, compliance, or internal control, preferably within a microfinance or retail banking institution.
    • Familiarity with risk frameworks such as RMGM, and a strong understanding of CBN/NDIC regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in risk reporting, issue tracking, and operational control monitoring.
    • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
    • Strong ethical judgment and attention to detail.
    • Professional certification (e.g., CIRM, CAMS, CRISC, CIBN, ICAN, or ACCA) is an added advantage.

    Loan Officer (Okota)

    Job description

    • The Loan Officer plays a critical role in promoting the Bank’s products and services to prospective clients while upholding the Institution’s values. Serving as a key liaison between the Bank and its customers, the Loan Officer facilitates communication, gathers client feedback, and ensures seamless engagement. Additionally, they act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and processing loan requests efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Market the Bank’s financial products to prospective customers.
    • Deliver customer passbooks and ID cards.
    • Conduct pre-loan training for clients to ensure understanding of terms and obligations.
    • Ensure account opening and loan application forms are accurately completed by customers.
    • Submit completed loan forms promptly for processing.
    • Collect weekly repayments from customers and ensure timely remittance to the Bank.
    • Follow up with defaulting clients and manage recovery of delinquent loans.
    • Provide financial advisory services tailored to customers’ needs.
    • Serve as the frontline contact for customer inquiries and feedback.

    Qualifications / Requirements

    • B.Sc./HND/ND in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing or credit role within the microfinance or related financial sector.
    • Candidates must reside in Surulere, Iganmu, Isolo, Ilasa, Cele, or Oshodi.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
    • Analytical, proactive, and self-motivated.

    Dispatch Rider

    Job description

    • The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for the prompt and secure delivery and retrieval of documents, parcels, cheques, identity cards, and other materials from Branches, clients, and vendors, in line with the Bank’s operational standards and microfinance service protocols.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely ride and operate the company’s motorcycle to pick up and deliver official documents, parcels, and banking materials.
    • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes across Lagos, adapting to traffic patterns and urgent requests.
    • Maintain accurate delivery logs, ensure package integrity, and obtain delivery acknowledgments.
    • Perform basic motorcycle maintenance, ensure cleanliness, and promptly report mechanical issues.
    • Conduct quality control checks on transactions and documentation as directed by Admin.
    • Investigate and escalate any customer-related concerns or discrepancies.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws, bank safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
    • Represent the Bank professionally, maintaining a courteous and neat appearance.
    • Perform additional assignments as directed.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Secondary School Certificate (SSCE/WAEC); OND is an advantage.
    • Valid motorcycle rider’s license; rider’s permit/card essential.
    • Minimum 5years’ experience as a dispatch motorcyclist, preferably in Banking, logistics, or Microfinance.
    • Strong familiarity with Lagos road networks (e.g., Lekki, Ikeja, Ajah, Mainland).
    • Excellent communication, customer service skills, and punctuality.
    • Physically fit, responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
