    Direct Sales Executive

    Job description

    • ipNX is seeking passionate and goal-driven Direct Sales Executives (DSEs) to drive the acquisition and growth of retail product subscriptions (FOS) within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers, building relationships with estate and facility managers, and reactivating churned accounts, while consistently meeting sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit minimum of 30 subscribers monthly through field sales and direct engagement.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects with daily reporting
    • Identify and map sales routes within assigned territory.
    • Act as a brand ambassador and first point of contact for prospective clients.
    • Submit accurate weekly sales reports and feedback.
    • Collaborate with team members and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Attend all sales trainings and weekly meetings.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • HND/BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telecoms or insurance industry, preferably in B2C/B2B field sales.
    • Strong understanding of communications networks and customer acquisition strategies.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be tech-savvycustomer-focused, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

    Van Sales Representative

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a motivated and energetic Van Sales Representative to drive sales and distribution of our products to retail outlets, directly from the company van. The ideal candidate will maintain excellent customer relationships, meet sales targets, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive the company van to assigned routes and deliver products to retail customers.
    • Promote and sell company products to existing and prospective customers.
    • Ensure proper display of products at retail points.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and inventory.
    • Collect payments and issue receipts to customers.
    • Monitor stock levels in the van and request replenishments as needed.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
    • Report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales team.
    • Ensure timely submission of sales reports and other required documentation.
    • Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of the van.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in sales, preferably FMCG or route sales.
    • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
    • Minimum of SSCE/OND in Business or related fields.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic math and record-keeping skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Honest, reliable, and physically fit.
