Job Summary

• We are hiring a Customer Service Executive with excellent communication skills and a great work ethic to manage customer request and complaints ensuring they receive stress-free services/support and all their needs are met timely.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions, follow up on customer order and send report.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Update database and give report.
• Work with sales team by following up appointments with customers.
• Update customers’ records.
• Escalate customers’ complaints to appropriate team.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Fulfilling tasks set out by supervisors.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Social Sciences, or other related fields.
• 0-2 years of proven customer service executive.
• Advanced computer literacy especially with the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Social media, Email marketing tools, and Database.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Furniture knowledge is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Clean workspaces, common areas, offices, hallways, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, and buff hardwood floors as needed.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and furniture.
• Dust and polish various surfaces.
• Empty trash bins.
• Keep track of cleaning schedule.
• Dusting and cleaning smudges off windows and doors.
• Ensuring restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked.
• Do cleaning twice in a day.
• Cleaning bathrooms, scrubbing and disinfecting toilets and urinals.
• Cleaning the shelves, doors, and other surfaces in the building.
• Cleaning and disinfecting furniture, equipment, and other office supplies.
• Wiping off fingerprints from the glass, doors, desks, and other surfaces.
• Cleaning the kitchens, pantries, and refrigerators
• Cleaning the windows and walls using sprays, brushes, and scrapers.
• Run errands when necessary.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess FSLC, SSCE or other related fields.
• 0-1 year of experience.
• Proximity to location is an added advantage.
