    Customer Sales Agent

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Agent to join our team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, promoting our products, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
    • You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them make informed purchase decisions while driving sales and revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities
    Customer Interaction:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
    • Provide detailed information about products and services to prospective customers.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues effectively.

    Sales & Promotions:

    • Promote and sell the company’s products by understanding customer needs and preferences.
    • Convert leads from social media platforms (e.g., Facebook and Instagram) into paying customers.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional products to maximize revenue per customer.

    Follow-Up & Relationship Building:

    • Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in the products to close sales.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

    Record-Keeping & Reporting:

    • Document customer details, inquiries, and sales in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
    • Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 0 - 5 years work experience.
    • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professionalism.
    • Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, social media, and basic office tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
    • Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in the haircare, skincare, or beauty industry is a plus.
    • Knowledge of CRM software or other sales tools is an advantage.
    • Fluency in local languages is an added benefit.

    Work Environment:

    • This role may involve working remotely.
    • Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as required to meet customer demands.

    Telesales Officer

    Role Purpose

    • To generate sales revenue for our client by effectively promoting and selling their products to customers via telephones.

    Responsibilities

    • Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to identify sales opportunities.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our client'sproduct range, including features, benefits, and target audiences.
    • Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches that highlight the unique selling points of our products and address customer needs.
    • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
    • Sales Closing: Close sales effectively by addressing customer objections and securing orders.
    • Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities, including daily call volume, sales conversions, and customer feedback.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess an OND qualification
