Requirements:

• Proven experience in farm management, business development, and marketing
• Ability to increase farm productivity and sales
• Knowledge of digital marketing and conventional sales strategies
• Experience in attending agricultural exhibitions and developing partnerships
• Strong leadership and organizational skills

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in such position in an organized Agro-Allied sector.
• Experience in Crop & Animal Management
• Knowledge of Agribusiness development & produce sales
• Financial and operations management experience.
• Knowledge of creating of work plan for land preparation, fertilizing, planting of crops, cultivation and harvesting.
• Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage Clients, internal & external
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to complete tasks on time.
