    Customer Experience Officer

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a Customer Experience Officer to ensure exceptional service across all customer touchpoints.
    • This role manages inquiries, resolves complaints, coordinates with internal teams, and drives improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels.

    Swimming Instructor

    Job Summary

    • The Swimming Instructor provides high-quality swim training and aqua-aerobic classes for clients of all ages, ensuring safety, correct technique and confidence building.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Conduct swimming lessons and aqua fitness sessions.
    • Assess participants’ swim level and design appropriate training plans.
    • Enforce pool safety rules to prevent accidents.
    • Inspect pool area before and after classes for cleanliness and hazards.
    • Maintain pool equipment and ensure proper storage.
    • Record incidents and report safety concerns to management.
    • Perform basic cleaning tasks such as mopping deck, removing trash, etc.
    • Administer First Aid/CPR during emergencies.
