    Credit Life Sales Consultant

    Job Description

    • This role is individually accountable for assisting the account specialist to manage a portfolio of existing clients.
    • This role is specifically for a Life Insurance business.

    DESCRIPTOR

    • Manages a portfolio of existing clients.
    • Assists with managing all contracted client deliveries relevant to each arm of the Corporate Business.
    • Responsible for sourcing and building new business channels and client relationships. Channels would include but not limited to Financial Institutions and Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI)
    • Monitors all client deliveries.
    • Skilled in understanding client’s business needs leading to the development of service level agreements

    • 5 years Life Insurance Sales experience is compulsory

    Sales Support Administrator

    Job Description

    • To provide quality sales service support that results in the production of business from new and existing sources which contributes to the profitability and growth of the company. This role is specifically for a Life Insurance business.

    DESCRIPTOR

    • Handle incoming and outgoing sales requests in accordance with predetermined schedules, campaigns and targets.
    • Provide accurate and efficient quotation/s to customers.
    • Maintain an agreed quote to sale ratio.
    • Manage all allocated leads.
    • Accurately and efficiently capture all customer data.
    • Forward accurate policy documents to customers within mandated timeframes.
    • Deal with all customers in a professional manner in strict accordance with businesses culture, products and quality standards.
    • Manage time and workloads to ensure that deadlines and targets are met.
    • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of the business product offerings, campaigns, rules and conditions in order to recommend the right solution to the customer.
