    Content Marketer

    About the job

    • The Content Marketer will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing compelling content across multiple channels to strengthen Sycamore’s brand presence, support product awareness, and drive growth. This role requires strong storytelling ability, creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Creation & Management

    • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with Sycamore’s business and marketing goals.
    • Create high-quality content including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, scripts, website copy, product descriptions, and marketing materials.
    • Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
    • Coordinate content delivery across departments for campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional initiatives.

    Digital & Social Media Marketing

    • Manage and grow Sycamore’s social media platforms (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
    • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry conversations to create timely and relevant content.
    • Collaborate with design and product teams to develop creative assets (graphics, videos, animations, etc.).

    Brand & Communication

    • Ensure all content aligns with Sycamore’s brand voice, tone, culture, and values.
    • Support internal communication efforts including newsletters, event content, and HR initiatives.
    • Create compelling stories that highlight Sycamore’s products, customer success, and brand impact.

    Campaign & Growth Support

    • Support paid and organic marketing campaigns with tailored content.
    • Work with the Growth team to refine content strategies that drive conversions and customer engagement.
    • Conduct customer and market research to develop relatable and problem-solving messaging.

    SEO & Analytics

    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content discoverability and rankings.
    • Use analytics tools to measure content performance and optimize for better results.

    Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and HR teams to generate content that supports organizational goals.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.

    Key Requirements

    • 2–4 years’ experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management (fintech experience is an advantage).
    • Proven experience creating engaging content across digital platforms.
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Experience with SEO, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

    Loan Sales Officer

    • The Loan Sales Officer is responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing borrowers to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    Key Requirements
