Responsibilties
Content Creation (Photo, Video & Copywriting):

• Develop engaging photo and video content showcasing hotel rooms, events, spa services, boutique collections, and the water factory’s production process.
• Write compelling captions, marketing copy, blog posts, and email newsletters tailored to each business unit.
• Create weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal activities.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow social media accounts for all four brands (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Schedule daily posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, customer enquiries, and escalate issues to relevant departments.
• Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimise content performance.

Digital Marketing & Strategy:

• Implement targeted digital campaigns to increase bookings, sales, and brand visibility.
• Drive paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) when required.
• Develop strategies for customer retention, brand positioning, and online reputation management.
• Optimise profiles on booking and review platforms (Google Business, TripAdvisor, Jumia Foods, etc.).

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and website traffic.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Brand Development & Creative Direction:

• Protect and elevate the brand identity of the hotel, spa, water factory, and boutique.
• Support product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to align messaging.
• Suggest new content angles, partnerships, and influencer collaborations.

Event Coverage & On-Site Coordination:

• Cover hotel events, conferences, weddings, and promotions in real time.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content for the boutique and spa.
• Provide creative support for branding materials, flyers, banners, and promotional designs.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5 - 10 years experience.

Responsibilities
General Maintenance & Repairs:

• Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, hallways, kitchen, laundry, spa, poolside, and offices.
• Carry out minor plumbing repairs (leaks, clogged drains, faucets).
• Perform electrical maintenance (light fixtures, breakers, sockets, switches), under supervision.
• Repair or replace worn-out appliances, fixtures, furniture, and fittings.
• Address guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and stored.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Implement scheduled preventive maintenance on electrical systems, water pumps, AC units, generators, fire alarms, and other machinery.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in developing maintenance logs and checklists.
• Monitor and maintain hotel utilities to prevent downtime or hazards.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with hotel safety protocols, electrical and mechanical standards.
• Report potential hazards, risks, or non-functioning equipment immediately.
• Support fire safety equipment checks (extinguishers, alarms, emergency exits).
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.

Facility Upkeep:

• Assist in painting, polishing, and general aesthetics work to maintain hotel appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in workshop and maintenance storage areas.
• Support landscaping and outdoor maintenance when required.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, security, and other departments to resolve facility issues.
• Provide daily updates to the Maintenance Supervisor on completed tasks and pending issues.
• Document repairs, parts replacement, and maintenance activities.

Salary
N150,000 per month.

• Ensuring that the company's security policies comply with federal laws and legislations.
• Presenting risk assessments and improved security policies to management team members.
• Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for security programs.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 5 - 10 years of work experience.
