This is a full-time hybrid role for a Conference Brand Representative based in Lagos. The role involves promoting African Things at conferences and events, engaging with attendees, and representing the brand effectively. Responsibilities include building brand awareness, providing excellent customer service, and fostering positive client relationships. While some tasks will be carried out on-site at events, certain responsibilities can be managed remotely.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful client relationships
Experience in brand ambassadorship and promoting brand identity
Proficiency in customer service and maintaining a positive client experience
Knowledge of building brand awareness and creating memorable brand impressions
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, with occasional travel when required
Passion for branding and corporate gifting is a plus
