    Repairs & Replacement Store Executive, Non-Management

    • To provide availability of spares critical to support manufacturing requirements in PMD, SMD and Engineering department. Ensure effective execution of R&RS core processes and posting into SAP. The job holder provides services of machinery spare parts to SMD, PMD, FMD, QA and other departments by issuing of spare parts on time in full and documents appropriately.


    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

    • Execute day to day R&RS activities to ensure proper storage and security of stocks to avoid loss, damage or write-offs.
    • Issue promptly spare parts to manufacturing and other end user departments to minimise machine downtime.
    • Ensure all orders are inspected against specification, receive and GR and 100% accuracy on all inbound and outbound posting to prevent exceptional cost/discrepancy resulting from incorrect/non posting.
    • Actively involved in identifying, grouping, and moving spares during spares write off.
    • Perform Monthly count, YE Count and reconciliation with Finance and External Auditor.
    • Liaising with spare Planner for full visibility of inbound and outbound activities..
    • Participates in monthly/periodic stock-takes and identify, track all defective and rejected spares for obsolescence.

    What are we looking for?

    • A minimum of OND in Engineering or any numeric discipline.
    • Minimum of two (2) years working experience in an FMCG store and a good knowledge of inventory management.
    • Very good knowledge of SAP software, or any inventory management software.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
    • Good communications skills both in written and oral English language.
