Position Summary

As our Telemedicine Superhero, you'll be responsible for evaluating patients, gathering patient history, administering tests, diagnosing issues, and developing a treatment plan to reduce or eliminate those issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
What you will do:

• Leverage your evidence-based (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, BA) case conceptualization and intervention skills to tailor treatment plans to each client’s needs and goals
• Draw on automatically administered symptom, functional improvement, and goal progress measures to adjust treatment plan
• Serve an integral role in the evolution of our session content/product discussions, provider platform, and care model by collaborating with Clinical team, Business Development team and the management
• Maintain timely clinical documentation through EMR

Accountabilities:
Patient relations and management:

• Diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders
• Maintain utmost confidentiality of our clients in line with stipulated laws in clinical psychology.

Advisory:

• Serves as integral part of the business development function in psychology services

Occupational therapy:

• Work with management through HR to ascertain mental wellbeing of new hires with evidenced based assessments
• Manage therapy sessions within the organization.

Power Skills:

• Continued commitment to learning evidence-based best practices for mental, emotional and behavioural disorders
• Strictly adhere to NACP and security regulations to protect clients’ health information
• Commitment to measurement-based care
• Tech-savviness and enthusiasm for integrating digital solutions into psychotherapy
• High degree of responsivity and willingness to collaborate with Health Connect 24x7 team of clinical and tech team
• Excellent written therapeutic feedback skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives calls from patients directly and /or receives calls transferred from Care coordinator and handles such calls as per Health Connect 24x7 policies and procedures.
• Works to ensure that patients are directed to and receive care in appropriate venue in a timely manner.
• If problem can SAFELY be handled through advice only, following established standards of medical care and following Health Connect 24x7 policies and procedures, provides such advice and records all information in electronic record format.
• Works in a team-based environment to help achieve maximum benefit from program through care integration
• Participates in programs that may be independent of or integrated with other parts of delivery systems involved in tele-monitoring of patients with designated medical conditions designed to respond to tele- monitoring data and integrate with patient’s care.
• Clearly communicate to patients and care coordinators advice and expectations of outcome.
• Document all encounters in the Health Connect 24x7 Call Center software (Secure access and training will be provided).
• Be available when on duty to receive warm transferred calls. Time delays in connecting doctor lead to decreased ability to have positive impact with patients.
• Participating in Company Doctors which includes one to one patient consultations.
• Attend the Health education and promotion events. Attend the clinical workshops.

• Excellent listening and communication skills for dealing with patients
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records about each patient
• Explain test results and provide patients with plan of care details
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Broad knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Respect for patient’s confidentiality
• Responsible and trustworthy.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good Computer skills for keeping patient records
• Excellent time-management to balance calls with system records
