Job Summary: To prepare and present food in an appealing and satisfactory manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cook all food; African and Continental.
• Take proper inventory of food items in the assigned section.
• The cook is expected to take total ownership of the kitchen affairs.
• Responsible for approving all prepared food items that leave his or her kitchen.
• Modify and create new menus as needed for the purposes for the restaurant or other outdoor services.
• Prepares on daily basis food requisitions; use creativity to cook delicious and tasty meals.
• Control cost by minimizing spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising portion control.
• Observes and tastes all food being cooked samples all food before it is served.
• Report any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
• Checks function sheets and sees to it that all food items for outlets, banquets and special functions are prepared on time and meet quality and quantity standards.  
• Ensures freshness and suitability of products used by the section and that they are stored properly
• Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food
• Select and develop recipes
• Standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
• Ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen; ensure the kitchen and the industrial cooking equipments are is tidy after every engagement.
• Maintaining of cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
• Collaborate with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers.
• Check the quantity and quality of raw material received.
• Order supplies needed to ensure efficient operation in the kitchen.

Any other duties of related responsibilities
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3 – 4 years experience in an industrial catering organization as a cook.
• The desired candidate must be able to take ownership by being in absolute control of all the kitchen affairs.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must maintain an impeccable personal hygiene as well as high work and safety standards.
• An excellent food presentation skill is highly required. The candidate needs to be able to work with a variety of people and have coping skills to handle difficult personalities, ranging from co-workers to customers.
• Must have good planning and time management skills.
• The Caterer must have good knowledge of Nigerian and continental meal preparation

Salary

Monthly Take Home– N85, 000

Job Summary:
Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the credit worthiness of new business prospects and existing clientele

Reporting line: Head, Operations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Strategic:
Coordinate the loan underwriting process including requesting, collecting, and managing required documentation
Prepare, distribute and maintain Due Diligence Checklists and update same regularly to meet target underwriting   goals

Operational:

• Review loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to approval conditions
• Structure and recommend loans based on risk considerations and submit credits for appropriate approval
• Works closely with relevant teams to monitor existing portfolio to ensure proper risk ratings and early identification   of potential problems. Collect, review and advise relevant stakeholders regarding receipt and status of all   underwriting documentation
• Contact clients to obtain all necessary information and clarification on financial analysis, and resources
• Establish loan files in designated software and ensure electronic and hard copy documentation is placed in appropriate location
• Order and obtain reports and verifications from external parties

Key Competencies & Experiences

• Minimum of 3 years’ cognate work experience in a similar role in the same industry within a reputable organization
• Solid analytical skills in credit analysis and financial statement analysis
• Interviewing and probing skills
• Proficient at preparing and presenting credit approval memos
• Inquisitive, with good eyes for details

General Competencies

• Ability to work well under pressure
• Good with the use of MS Office suite i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skill
• Initiative and drive the document request, collection and underwriting process ability to work independently and in a reliable manner
• Team work and effective communication

Educational Qualifications:

• First degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin or related discipline
• Masters in Finance or related specialism will be an advantage

Certifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g. ICAN, ACCA, ISO, Basel, FRM etc.)

Job Summary:

The hired candidate will be in charge of managing finish goods product in the warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities

• Reliably pull and process orders, logging items as required
• Accurately restock incoming items, logging items as required
• Check all incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy
• File requests for necessary items when stock is low
• Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards at all times
• Perform inventory control checks
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
• Use equipment properly and maintain it as needed
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Report any order discrepancies or issues to management ASAP

Requirements and Qualifications

• Qualification - OND in any social science.·         
• Warehouse work experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills for maintaining inventory logs and databases
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
