    Channel / Partnership Manager

    Job Overview

    • As a channel/Partnership manager, you play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with our channel partners.
    • You are responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive channel sales and meet revenue targets, and work closely with our partners to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to effectively promote and sell our products or services.
    • This position requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of our industry and marketto drive the B2B and Banking partner relationships in Nigeria.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and sustain robust relationships with channel partnersand other vital stakeholders.
    • Work with partners to create and execute joint marketing initiatives and incentives to generate demand and boost sales.
    • Function as the project manager that ensures all partnership projects run smoothly and are successfully delivered. This could range from tech integration to finance partner disbursements.
    • Deliver excellent customer service for banking partners and corporate partners
    • Effectively manage all stakeholders related to a project and be the internal champion for the partner.
    • Build out the Corporate channel by acquiring new partners and working with the commercial team to ensure all corporate transactions are successfully managed and closed with excellent customer service delivery.
    • Train and assist channel partners to ensure they are well-versed in our products or services and can effectively market and sell them.
    • Evaluate and provide feedback on partner performance and suggest areas for improvement.
    • Discover new channel partners and assess their potential to contribute to our sales objectives and market penetration.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure consistency and efficiency of channel strategies.
    • Keep abreast of industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
    • Oversee partner contracts, agreements, and rewards to ensure adherence and optimize partner satisfaction and performance.
    • Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue goals, partner sales results, and market trends.
    • Update and present to senior management on channel partner operations, outcomes, and growth prospects.

    Requirements

    • Banking Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales/partner management, of which 3 years must be in the Banking sector
    • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing channel partner relationships.
    • Knowledge of the Banking industry and market, including key competitors and trends.
    • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
    • Experience in the technology/software industry is a plus.

    Product Manager - Savings

    Job Overview

    • Overseeing the development and management of Savings products, ensuring that they meet the needs of customers, comply with regulatory standards, and generate revenue for the institution.

    Responsibilities

    • Keep on the pulse of market, competitor, technology and customer change – and bring this knowledge into the team.

    • You will support the management of risk for the deposits product set including management of the product governance processes, at launch, in-life and end-of-life.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers, gathering insights from a range of sources including frontline feedback, customer feedback and EODs. Improve how we gather feedback and support.
    • You will own the SCV (single customer view) process for deposits ensuring the Bank meets all regulatory requirements

    • Analysing and reporting on savings performance and pricing, and making recommendations
    • Monitoring the savings market and advising on key changes and implications

    Campaign Manager

    Responsibilities 

    • Support development of Digital Marketing strategy
    • Own marketing efforts across digital channels from planning through design, execution and monitoring to deliver marketing and business unit objectives
    • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all engagement with campaign management vendors
    • Direct strategy for campaign targeting for all digital channels (web, email, display, mobile, search, social etc.)
