    Product Manager - Savings

    Job Overview

    • Overseeing the development and management of Savings products, ensuring that they meet the needs of customers, comply with regulatory standards, and generate revenue for the institution.
    • Ideal candidate will be cultivating ideas for products that align with our amazing culture, putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. You will be making improvements and changes to not only the products, but the way they are communicated to our customers.

    Responsibilities 

    • Accountable for the comprehensive, end-to-end management of the savings product portfolio including product development, product marketing (in conjunction with MCIR), business development, product analysis, pricing, and profitability analysis, etc.
    • Keep on the pulse of market, competitor, technology and customer change – and bring this knowledge into the team.
    • Have a rigorous understanding of your product set – how they work, the processes, the customers, commercial drivers and regulatory requirements.
    • You will support the management of risk for the deposits product set including management of the product governance processes, at launch, in-life and end-of-life.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers, gathering insights from a range of sources including frontline feedback, customer feedback and EODs. Improve how we gather feedback and support.
    • You will own the SCV (single customer view) process for deposits ensuring the Bank meets all regulatory requirements
    • Supportingthe businessin delivering an attractive savings proposition
    • Analysing and reporting on savings performance and pricing, and making recommendations
    • Monitoring the savings market and advising on key changes and implications
    • Writing clear business proposals for the Executive Leadership team
    • Making sure customer facing material communicates our savings propositions clearly and accurately
    • Working across the Bank to deliver change and product improvements and presenting your propositions confidently

    Required Knowledge / Experience / Skills

    • A minimum of 5 years experience, inclusive of 3 years in similar role with a Bank
