Job Responsibilities/ Requirements

• Support in the Development and shaping of the end-to-end mortgage proposition
• Advise those supporting the delivery of mortgage pricing proposals to ensure the portfolio grows in line with Commercial expectations, e.g. use of pricing model
• Support pricing activities of mortgage products to achieve targets and business strategy, e.g. use of competitor reporting, market changes
• Help to develop new products and specialist propositions that maximize market opportunities
• Be a Bump Up for other colleagues across the Bank
• Support the continued development of a customer retention strategy as the business matures and grows.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Candidate must have at least 3 years similar experience in Banking
