    Cash Accountant

    Job Description

    • Collaborate with the chief accountant and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
    • Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
    • Create financial documents such as invoices, payables, receivables and purchase orders and payment vouchers.
    • Cash box handling.
    • Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking and correcting them.
    • Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors
    • Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and reconcile with the bank.
    • Create daily reports for management and team members.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports
    • Carrying out other tasks that may be required by the management from time to time

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from a recognized institution
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as an accountant with reputable manufacturing companies
    • Membership of professional bodies like ICAN will be an added advantage
    • The ability to use any accounting software is an added advantage
    • Very smart with good communication and analytical skills.
    • Residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan

    Quality Control Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Ensure that the company products meet both the external and internal quality requirements.
    • Ensure compliance and surpass customer expectations.
    • Ensure that standard operation procedures are followed in dispatching company’s products.
    • Ensure laboratory sanitation are met to yield effective results.
    • Responsible for stocktaking of laboratory equipment and reagents for record keeping.
    • Conduct, monitor and report shelf life of the company's products.
    • Create and manage external and internal check sample program and laboratory checks.
    • Carry out other tasks as may be assigned periodically.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of Quality Control experience in the food industry.
    • Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel…etc).

    Senior Accountant

    Job Functions

    • Maintain sound financial and accounting procedures in line with accounting standards and company’s guideline.
    • Financial planning, budget preparation/management functions.
    • Ensure timely preparation of management accounts and other financial information.
    • Maintenance of general records of financial and accounting related transactions
    • Ensure that the company is compliant with general tax management, as well as remittances of taxes and other statutory payments.
    • Liaising with appropriate regulatory authorities or agencies.
    • Management of the company’s financial accounting and reporting systems.
    • Capital expenditure accounting, and fixed asset management.
    • Oversee the preparation, reporting, filing of financial statements.
    • Coordinate the tracking of all receivables and payables.
    • Implementation of new financial systems or maintenance of current procedures
    • Assessment of financial risks and opportunities, setting and tracking financial goals, objectives, and budgets.
    • Reconciliation of all banks statement of accounts as necessary.
    • Coordinate daily operations of the department.
    • Ensure the accuracy of all accounting records.
    • Analysis of the company’s financials, to provide basis for sound business decisions by executive management.
    • Perform other assigned duties as assigned by Management

    Key Requirements

    • First Degree in Accounting from reputable institution.
    • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience.
    • Professional accounting certification (ICAN or ACCA) is essential.
    • Master’s degree in accounting or related courses is an added advantage.
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
    • Solid knowledge accounting principles, procedures, standards and regulations.
    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft office packages.
    • Good communication skills (oral and written).
    • Deep sense of honesty and integrity.

    Stock Operator

    Job Description

    • Processing invoices and waybills for loading by the supply chain department;
    • Examination and Compilation of all invoices on a daily basis to ascertain their correctness.
    • Monitoring stock movement from the company to the customers through the use of accounting software;
    • Conduct daily and monthly stock count of finished goods.
    • Preparation of daily stock reports for management decision-making through SAP.
    • Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system report balances.
    • Carrying out regular audits to ensure that the department follows the established procedures.
    • Checking of expiration dates of products and informing the management for decision-making
    • Daily checking of physical stock and compare with SAP balance.
    • Review all customer invoices for payment verification and processing
    • Carrying out other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by his direct supervisor

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND Accounting from a recognized university/Polytechnic or related discipline;
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in stock management in a manufacturing companies;
    • Membership of professional bodies will be an added advantage;
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of MS Office suit;
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
    • Must be residing or willing to relocate to Ibadan.
