Plant Supervisor at Heirbase Management Solutions Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily plant activities and coordinate operational teams.
• Monitor plant activities to ensure compliance with approved operating procedures.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, laboratory and HSE teams on operational matters.
• Monitor plant operating conditions and promptly escalate abnormalities or operational concerns.
• Support the implementation of production plans and operational schedules.
• Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate operational records.
• Monitor adherence to housekeeping, safety and operational standards.
• Report equipment, process or manpower issues that may affect plant performance.
• Support efficient utilisation of plant resources and materials.
• Prepare or contribute to daily operational reports.

Minimum Qualification

• OND in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy or a related Science discipline.

Additional Requirement

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Demonstration of good supervisory ability
• Attention to detail
• Communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Willingness to work in an industrial plant environment.

Preference will be given to candidates who live in Ode Remo or nearby communities and can reasonably commute to the plant. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
