Sales Representative at Wiseki Technologies

Job Summary

• We are seeking a goal-driven personnel to oversee all sales and marketing activities, grow revenue, as well as a Marketing Manager to manage a sales team, and build our brand presence in Ibadan.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for gadgets and accessories.
• Marketing: Plan and execute in-store promotions, social media campaigns, and local marketing to increase foot traffic and online orders.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and supervise sales executives to deliver excellent customer service.
• Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with walk-in customers, corporate clients, and suppliers in Ibadan.
• Inventory & Pricing: Work with operations to monitor stock levels and run promos to clear inventory and prevent price drops.
• Reporting: Submit weekly sales, marketing, and performance reports to management.

Requirements

• Education: OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in sales & marketing. Experience in a gadget, phone, or electronics store is a strong advantage.

Skills:

• Proven sales record and target-driven mindset
• Good knowledge of social media marketing: Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Must reside in or around (Bodija) Ibadan and be willing to work onsite
