We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Web3 Content Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead content creation and strategy for a variety of Web3-related initiatives, including crypto exchange listings, airdrops, DeFi projects, and blockchain technology education.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop a content roadmap aligned with exchange listings, airdrops, and Web3 trends.
• Create an editorial calendar for blog posts, social media, and newsletters.
• Research and leverage SEO & keyword trends for Web3 topics.

Content Creation (Educational & Promotional)

• Write engaging blog posts, whitepapers, and guides on trading, DeFi, and blockchain technology.
• Create short-form social media content (tweets, threads, memes, infographics, and videos).
• Develop scripts and video content for platform tutorials, AMAs, and feature announcements.
• Produce Web3-related content for university partnerships and courses.

Community Engagement & Growth

• Manage Telegram, Twitter, Discord, and Reddit communities to boost engagement.
• Respond to user queries and provide real-time updates on listings, airdrops, and promotions.
• Organize AMAs, giveaways, and influencer collaborations.

Web3 Marketing & Growth Hacking

• Run and optimize airdrop campaigns (e.g., your 30-day TON airdrop).
• Work with influencers and crypto KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for marketing.
• Implement on-chain marketing strategies (NFT campaigns, token incentives, etc.).
• Leverage Twitter Spaces, podcasts, and YouTube collaborations for visibility.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor content performance metrics (engagement, conversions, retention).
• Track competitor strategies and adapt to new trends.
• Provide reports and insights for content optimization.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 years of content creation, social media marketing.
• 2 years Web3 experience.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and crypto trading.
• Strong writing skills for blog posts, tweets, and newsletters.
• Experience managing web3 communities.
• Ability to create engaging short-form video content 
• Knowledge of SEO, Twitter growth strategies, and community engagement tactics.

Job Summary

The Financial Crime Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF), and other financial crime regulations. The role involves monitoring transactions, investigating suspicious activities, and developing policies to mitigate financial crime risks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and enforcement of AML/CTF policies and procedures.
• Conduct transaction monitoring and investigations to identify suspicious activities.
• Ensure compliance with sanctions, fraud prevention, and anti-bribery laws.
• File Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) or Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) as required by regulators.
• Collaborate with regulators, auditors, and internal teams to address financial crime risks.
• Conduct AML risk assessments and recommend controls to mitigate risks.
• Provide training to staff on financial crime compliance.
• Stay updated on financial crime regulations and ensure company policies align with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Law, Business, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in financial crime compliance, AML, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of global AML/CTF regulations (e.g., FATF, EU AML directives, FinCEN).
• Experience with blockchain analytics, sanctions screening, or fraud prevention tools is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., DCP, CCFC, CCI) are a plus
