    Guest Service Agent

    The Role

    • As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first voice of Milestone Boutique Apartments, ensuring every call and enquiry is handled with warmth, professionalism and care.
    • From transferring calls and taking messages to actioning guest requests, you will provide service that reflects Milestone Boutique Apartments’s crafted approach to hospitality and creates a seamless experience for our guests.

    Responsibilities
    You Will:

    • Be proactive in ensuring all guests are welcomed and departed in a timely and appropriate manner. Make it memorable.
    • Demonstrate an awareness of customer priorities, anticipate needs, and build rapport.
    • Be fully briefed pre and post shift and be aware of VIP’s or guest with special needs. Be aware of company policy that affect your role and always respect the privacy of our customers.
    • Answer incoming calls in a warm, friendly and hospitable manner
    • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
    • Handling reservations and guest enquiries
    • Accurately capture and update guest information
    • Transfer calls, take messages and action requests efficiently and accurately
    • Ensuring smooth front office operations
    • Continuously capture guest preferences and maintain guest profiles in PMS.
    • Ensure that all prescribed and designed process, systems, and standards are maintained.
    • Ensure that guest problems are resolved effectively but avoided whenever possible.
    • Communicate clearly between customer, reservations and housekeeping and other Milestone Boutique Apartments operating departments.
    • Maintain guest balances, room credit availability and credit / deposits control policy.
    • To ensure that the Company Health & Safety procedures are adhered to and implemented within the department.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Due to the nature of the work, the ideal candidate would be fully flexible in their approach to work and be able to work at night, through weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
    • You bring excellent communication skills and ideally experience in a guest facing or call handling role, preferably within luxury hospitality. Organised, attentive and proactive, you take pride in creating memorable first impressions and seamless experiences for guests. With a warm personality and a collaborative spirit, you thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy being part of a team that delivers

    • As a Cleaner / Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming and comfortable for our guests, contributing to an exceptional experience in the hospitality environment.

    Duties

    • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
    • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
    • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine environment throughout the premises.
    • High-standard bathroom care: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and toilets to perfection.
    • Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
    • Follow established cleaning protocols and health regulations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to handle guest requests professionally.
    • A positive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration is essential for success in this role.
    • Proximity or ability to commute to Ojodu.

    Salary
    N80,000 - N100,000 / month.

    Driver and Butler

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a hardworking, active person who can multitask.
    • We want a motivated and loyal person to work within a small team in the centre of Ikeja/Ojodu.
    • The candidate will be a driver and offer Butler services.

    House Management and butler role involves: Working with a small team

    • Errands and Butler Services
    • Assist with Cleaning
    • Attending to guests needs as and when needed
    • Housekeeper chores- making sure everything in the house is working
    • Food and groceries shopping
    • Caring for guests and visitors
    • Serving of food and drinks.

    Requirements

    • SSCE / WAEC
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a driver for a corporate organisation (references required).
    • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Mentally and visually sound
    • Knowledge of basic car maintenance
    • Expert knowledge of Lagos roads, especially Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, and alternative routes.
    • Proven ability to navigate heavy traffic and peak-hour conditions efficiently.
    • Physically fit; to lift, walk, stand, bend and climb stairs
    • Polite, punctual, and presentable.
