    Key Accounts Associate

    Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 (Monthly)

    Role Purpose

    The Key Accounts Associate will support the execution of key account activities by ensuring timely order follow-up, effective stock management, visibility compliance, and accurate reporting across assigned partner outlets. The role is critical in maintaining service excellence, retail standards, and strong day-to-day account coordination.

    Key Responsibilities

    Account Support & Retail Execution

    • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and stock replenishment across assigned key accounts.
    • Support stock reconciliation and address discrepancies in collaboration with distributors and internal teams.
    • Ensure product availability, proper shelf placement, and adherence to approved planograms.
    • Conduct routine outlet visits to monitor visibility standards and merchandising execution.
    • Support in resolving operational issues affecting account performance.

    Visibility, Merchandising & Audits

    • Monitor and maintain product visibility, shelf share, and promotional materials in partner outlets.
    • Conduct periodic visibility audits and prepare outlet scorecards.
    • Support the execution and tracking of in-store promotions and activations.
    • Ensure compliance with agreed retail execution standards.

    Reporting & Administration

    • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly activity reports.
    • Track stock levels, product movement, promotions, and retail performance indicators.
    • Maintain organized records of outlet visits, audits, and account communications.
    • Provide timely feedback to the Key Accounts Manager on execution gaps and opportunities.

    Relationship Support & Customer Service

    • Build and maintain positive working relationships with store managers, supervisors, and retail staff.
    • Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day operational support at assigned outlets.
    • Deliver professional and courteous customer service aligned with company standards.

    Qualification & Experience Requirements

    • BSc in Medical Sciences, Pharmacology, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Experience in customer service, sales support, merchandising, or retail operations.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.
    • Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
    • Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG merchandising.
    • Knowledge of planogram execution and shelf management.
    • Exposure to retail audits, outlet scorecards, and sales coordination.

    Civil Engineer

    • The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, supervising, and managing construction projects from conception to completion.
    • The role involves ensuring all structures and infrastructure projects are safe, compliant, cost-effective, and delivered within agreed timelines.
    • The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop project plans, blueprints, and structural layouts.
    • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and environmental impact evaluations.
    • Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
    • Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and contractor performance.
    • Conduct inspections, identify structural issues, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Liaise with architects, surveyors, contractors, and government authorities.
    • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
    • Ensure adherence to relevant building codes, standards, and industry best practices.
    • Use engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design tools.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Professional certification or registration (e.g., COREN) is an advantage.
    • 3 - 7 years proven experience in construction, infrastructure, or structural engineering projects.
    • Proficiency in engineering design software and project management tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
    • Strong understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
