    Business Development Manager - Realtor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
    • Negotiate and close deals while handling customer concerns
    • Negotiate deals and close sales
    • Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on products and services
    • Generate regular reviews and reports with sales and financial data
    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing initiatives
    • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local property markets and trends
    • Prepare and present property evaluations to potential clients
    • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular sales reports.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Dev, Real Estate Sales
    • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is advantageous
    • Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • Specific experience in Real Estate sales/marketing
    • Proximity is key (Lekki, Ajah).

    Real Estate Lawyer

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
    • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions.
    • Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.
    • Draft routine leases and amendments.
    • Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.
    • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
    • Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
    • Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Law (essential).
    • Strong experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
    • Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
    • Solid experience in title insurance underwriting, curative and claims.
    • Good understanding of Foreclosure.
    • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
