Site Supervisor at Prive Living

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our construction site and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Report project status, issues, and delays to management.
• Manage site materials, equipment, and workforce allocation.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in site supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
