    Business Development Executive

    Responsibilities

    • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic objectives
    • Generate leads and convert them into paying customers, particularly for products such as LPO financing, invoice discounting, and asset financing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business growth
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
    • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Credit, Risk) to ensure seamless service delivery
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion
    • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

    Credit Analyst

    Responsibilties

    • Evaluate loan requests with a focus on LPO and Invoice Discounting facilities.
    • Conduct credit risk analysis using financial statements, bank data, and industry benchmarks.
    • Perform due diligence and validate documents such as purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and contracts.
    • Prepare and present detailed credit reports with recommendations to management/credit committee.
    • Monitor approved credit facilities to ensure performance and early detection of default risks.
    • Support collections and recovery processes as needed.
    • Ensure all activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 8 years of experience.

    Personal Assistant to the Managing Director

    Responsibilities

    • Provide confidential, high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
    • Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefs, and meeting materials.
    • Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
    • Support coordination of strategic initiatives, projects, and follow-ups assigned by the Managing Director.
    • Assist with client communications, documentation, and relationship coordination where required.
    • Maintain organized records, confidential files, and management documentation.
