    Barman

    Job Summary

    • The Barman is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining bar cleanliness, and supporting the profitability of the bar operation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards.
    • Attend to guests promptly and professionally.
    • Recommend beverages and promote bar specials to customers.
    • Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
    • Monitor beverage inventory and report shortages to management.
    • Receive and properly store bar supplies and stock.
    • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and process guest payments accurately.

    • Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service is an added advantage.
    • Training or certification in food and beverage service will be an added advantage.

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly experienced, result-driven, and professionally qualified Head of Accounts to oversee and manage the financial operations of our hospitality business.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, internal controls, and providing strategic financial leadership to support business growth and profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all accounting and financial operations of the organization.
    • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
    • Ensure compliance with all tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
    • Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
