    Barman

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to hotel standards and guest preferences.
    • Suggest and craft specialty cocktails or recommend drinks based on customer preferences.
    • Ensure proper garnishing and presentation of beverages.
    • Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly, professional conversations.
    • Take and serve drink orders efficiently and accurately.
    • Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints promptly.
    • Process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or hotel room charges.
    • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
    • Balance cash registers and ensure proper billing at the end of shifts.
    • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar, equipment, and workstations.
    • Monitor and restock bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, and glassware.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
    • Assist in organizing bar events, promotions, and special theme nights.
    • Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant staff to provide seamless service.
    • Follow responsible alcohol service policies to ensure guest safety.

    Receptionist

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm, professional greeting.
    • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
    • Provide guests with information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions.
    • Handle guest complaints or requests and escalate issues when necessary.
    • Process room reservations via phone, email, or online booking platforms.
    • Update and manage room availability in the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS).
    • Confirm and modify guest bookings as needed.
    • Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions.
    • Issue invoices, receipts, and refunds when required.
    • Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions and maintain proper billing records.
    • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
    • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
    • Maintain clear and accurate guest records.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
    • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
    • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing reports.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and cook meals according to hotel recipes and guest preferences.
    • Ensure food is presented attractively and meets quality standards.
    • Assist in menu planning, food portioning, and plating.
    • Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and mixing sauces.
    • Ensure timely preparation of meals, especially during peak hours.
    • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth service.
    • Monitor food stock levels and communicate with kitchen management for replenishments.
    • Follow proper food storage and labeling procedures.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
    • Follow food safety standards, including proper food handling, temperature control, and sanitation.
    • Adhere to all hotel and local health regulations.
    • Wear appropriate kitchen attire, including gloves and head coverings.
    • Minimize food waste by following portion control guidelines.
    • Properly store and rotate ingredients to ensure freshness and avoid spoilage.
    • Assist in inventory checks and stock management.
    • Assist with special events, banquets, or catering services as needed.
    • Maintain professional behavior and teamwork in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
    • Stay updated on new cooking techniques and hotel menu changes.
