As an Associate Product Manager, you'll help turn ideas into real products that make healthcare easier for thousands of people. You'll work with designers, engineers, and teams across the company to build features that solve actual problems. This is a hands-on role where you'll learn by doing, from writing clear requirements to tracking how users interact with what we build.
What You'll Do
Take products from first idea to launch, creating plans and documents along the way
Write clear instructions that help engineers and designers know exactly what to build
Use user research to find the real problem before jumping to solutions
Track how products perform using data dashboards like Metabase
Work with QA to make sure features work properly before launch
Talk to users to understand what confuses them and what they need
Run small tests to compare different ideas and see what works better
Keep everyone updated on progress and prepare teams for new launches
Requirements
What You'll Bring
2+ years of work experience
A University degree
Comfortable looking at data to make decisions
Able to work with different teams and explain ideas clearly
Experience at a fast-growing company is a plus but not required
Based in Lagos, Nigeria
Nice to Have But Not Compulsory
Experience writing Product Requirement Documents and user stories
You've worked in healthcare or technology before
You enjoy digging into problems until you find the root cause
You're comfortable asking questions when things aren't clear
