This role ensures financial integrity and value-for-money throughout the project lifecycle by developing cost benchmarks, verifying contractor claims, managing Bills of Quantities, and overseeing procurement assessments.
Education

- Support subsidiaries’ budgeting process
- Assist with development and monitoring of relevant policies and frameworks to guide subsidiaries’ finance processes
- Assist ensure timely preparation and rendition of financial reports by subsidiaries for Management reporting purpose
- Assist ensure timely rendition of appropriate statutory reports to regulators
- Support preparation of Group Management Committee (GMC) reporting and Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs) regarding subsidiary performance and insights
- Assist with periodic financial performance review sessions of subsidiaries.
- Support timely preparation and submission of relevant board and management reports
- Assist with process improvements to drive quality and timely reporting of the team
- Support interim and statutory audit processes of subsidiaries
- Support monthly and quarterly subsidiaries performance review reports are presented to the Management Committee (MANCO) and Board of Directors
- Support performance improvement in the subsidiaries by continuously benchmarking performance vs budget
- Carry out any assigned roles as mandated by the HOD or HOU
Job Requirements:
- Good first degree, preferably in numerate discipline
- Preference for postgraduate degree or other professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA)
- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Banking or related Financial Services industry, with experience in Financial Analysis, Financial accounting and reporting.
