Assist with development and monitoring of relevant policies and frameworks to guide subsidiaries’ finance processes
Assist ensure timely preparation and rendition of financial reports by subsidiaries for Management reporting purpose
Assist ensure timely rendition of appropriate statutory reports to regulators
Support preparation of Group Management Committee (GMC) reporting and Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs) regarding subsidiary performance and insights
Assist with periodic financial performance review sessions of subsidiaries.
Support timely preparation and submission of relevant board and management reports
Assist with process improvements to drive quality and timely reporting of the team
Support interim and statutory audit processes of subsidiaries
Support monthly and quarterly subsidiaries performance review reports are presented to the Management Committee (MANCO) and Board of Directors
Support performance improvement in the subsidiaries by continuously benchmarking performance vs budget
Carry out any assigned roles as mandated by the HOD or HOU
Job Requirements:
Good first degree, preferably in numerate discipline
Preference for postgraduate degree or other professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA)
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Banking or related Financial Services industry, with experience in Financial Analysis, Financial accounting and reporting.
