    Alternative Fuel Analyst

    Overview
    The Alternative Fuel Sourcing Analyst is responsible for:

    • Analyzing all received materials to make sure they are in sync with all parameters before payment
    • Interfacing between Commercial Team and Plant Team to evaluate all wastes (AF/AR) streams
    • Interface with the Process team on the need to have AF mix that will conform with their need whilst boosting the TSR and reduction of AF cost

    Responsibilities

    • Interface with the Process team on the need to have AF mix that will conform with their need whilst boosting the TSR and reduction of AF cost
    • Ensuring daily real-time capturing of all received material from HODIM to SAP and receiving such materials
    • Set up waste qualification of all new waste stream between the customers, plant team and Geocycle
    • Preparation of shipment of materials from customers to the plant and SAP
    • Analyzing all received materials to make sure they are in sync with all parameters before payment
    • Invoicing for all payable wastes.

     Reception:

    • Control that the receptions are made on a timely manner to reduce the waiting time of the transporters.
    • Set up the priorities in case the reception process cannot follow the initial planning.
    • Analyze the lab results and in case of non-conformities, communicate the actions to relevant personnel for action.
    • Decide where to unload the product based on its characteristics.

    Planning:

    • Set up weekly planning to insure 100% of production and to keep the stock at the desired level.
    • Communicate on a weekly basis with the Commercial Manager and the Lafarge production responsible.

    • Ensure all operation activities are fully staff
    • Ensure all personnel are adequately trained for HSE and Operations

    Maintenance:

    • Validate work permit and control application of the LOTOTO
    • Ensure the good functioning of the installation by ensuring that daily first rank maintenance is made by the operators.
    • Set up priorities with the maintenance team.
    • Follow up on site main work related to maintenance and new project.
    • Participate to maintenance meeting to ensure that preventive and curative maintenance is done on a timely manner to not disturb the activities.
    • Participate and propose solutions during investments meeting to ensure the growth of the activities.

     Reporting & Administration:

    • Control that all reception and delivery of waste or AF fuel are recorded.
    • Control that all paper-works and information needed to make the invoicing are ready on time.
    • Record and allocate at the right treatment the incoming waste tonnage.
    • Keep track of the worker hours and allocate them at the corresponding process.

    Education / Qualifications

    • B.Sc. or HND Social Science, Commercial related subject or Art

    Experience:

    • Sales & Customer Experience
    • Logistics management
    • Safety management

    Technical / Functional skills:

    • Problem-solving skills,
    • Decision making ability,

    Sales Administrator

    Overview
    The Sales Administrator is responsible for the following:

    • Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about Alternative Fuels & Raw materials (AFR) products, orders and deliveries and provide support for the Geocycle sales representatives and Team
    • Execute and organize the Sales and Marketing administration activities in order to achieve customers satisfaction with our services.
    • Understand the Sales Process dynamics, set up a survey and identify the main internal & external stakeholders and have a deep knowledge about Customer service best practises.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides support in AFR Sales, Marketing & administration,
    • Master Data management (Customers, Vendors, Materials)
    • Preparation of the offers and contracts for approval as a support for Sales Representatives
    • Upload of the data related AFR Forecast into ERP
    • Preparation of the documents related to material and logistic as a base for invoicing, tax payments, open accounts receivables & payables and any reports to authorities,
    • Keep the evidence of weekly delivery plans in order to support the Geocycle Team
    • Liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries for customer’s satisfaction with Geocycle services.
    • Reconciliation of the delivered freights with physical evidence (weighbridge ticket, order, confirmation) and ERP
    • Support the Geocycle Commercial team to achieve and exceed period targets in accordance with all company procedures and code of business conduct
    • Prepare commercial offer to Customers to be reviewed and discussed with the Geocycle Commercial Manager in consultation with the Geocycle Sales Representatives.
    • Provide the monthly and sales reports for the Geocycle commercial activities in the country from QV tool in new regional solution.

    Education / Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Art, Commercial or Science studies
    • Business Management/ Social sciences with sales development proven experience, preferably in service.

    Experience:

    • > 3 years of experience working in a ERP/SAP environment
    • Good working knowledge of ERP/SAP is a compulsory requirement
    • Cement and/or Waste Management Background will be a plus.

    Knowledge & Skills
    Technical Competencies:

    • Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
    • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
    • Understanding of sales & marketing performance metrics
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
