Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for product repair, testing and maintenance to ensure functionality.
• Able to read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and analyze faults based on these diagrams.
• proficient in using soldering iron and other repair tools to solder and replace motherboard hardware
• Communicate with customers and technical team to address aftersales technical issues.
• Assist the technical team improving product design to reduce failure rate.
• Install solar panels and resolve inverter issues.
• Familiar with the Installation of both on-grid and off-grid solar installation.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical/Electronics Engineering or any course related to electrical technology.
• Minimum 2 years practical experience as an after-sales Engineer or after-sales officer in a solar company.
• Must live at close proximity to Ojodu, Ikeja, Ogba, Ojota, Ketu, Agege.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do on-site/field works.
• Excellent time management, Communication and customer relationship management skill.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Skilled in soldering techniques.
• Familiar with electric circuit faults.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Officer is in charge of inventory in a warehouse or similar space.
• Warehouse Officer works as a warehouse worker to receive and record new stock as it comes in, and move stock onto trucks or store shelves as needed.
• Warehouse Officer create schedules, monitors stock levels at the warehouse and knows when to replenish stock.
• Warehouse Officer is focused on time, making sure every item of stock gets to its destination on time, and that there are no shortages on shelves.
• They make sure the equipment is regularly serviced and help train new employees.
• To oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities.
• But not limited to the above, will perform other related duties as required.

Core Responsibilities

• Organise and maintain the inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilise reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Manage the inbound and outbound logistics of solar products

Qualifications / Experience

• BSc in business, logistics, or supply chain management
• At least 1 year of experience in the logistics, warehouse or inventory field, supply chain
• Proven warehouse, inventory management, or logistics experience
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organisational and time management skills
