    Accounts Manager (Cybersecurity and Tech)

    Job Duties / Description

    • Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities within the cybersecurity and technology space.
    • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored technology solutions.
    • Work closely with the Presales and Technical teams to design and propose the best cybersecurity and IT solutions for clients.
    • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets and expand the company’s customer base.
    • Effectively present and communicate company products, services, and value propositions to business and technical stakeholders.
    • Track and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
    • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

    Qualification / Technical Requirements

    • A minimum of a B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech. in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 5–7 years proven experience in ICT or Cybersecurity solution sales.
    • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.), and enterprise IT infrastructure.
    • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to translate technical offerings into business value for clients.
    • Target-driven and result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
    • Professional certifications in Sales, ITIL, or OEM-related fields will be an added advantage.
    • AGE: 30–45 years.

    Cybersecurity Pre-Sales Engineer

    Job Duties

    • Engage in a presales technical consultancy role to provide technical assistance and guidance during the presales/sales process by identifying customers technical and business requirements prior to designing a solution.
    • Provide adequate support to the Sales team and drive the business through effective Presales Engagement in order to achieve set revenue targets.
    • Articulate the Company’s technology and product portfolio and position it to both business and technical users.
    • Consult with technical teams about capabilities and support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement.
    • Communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand.

    Qualifications / Technical Requirements

    • A minimum of a B.Eng./B.Tech. in Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical/ Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any related field.
    • 3-5 years work experience.
    • Possession of ITIL certification.
    • Possession of relevant OEM professional certifications
    • Knowledge of Cloud (Azure, AWS etc.) and ability to architect these solutions.
    • Sever virtualization technologies (Xenserver, VMware Vsphere, HyperV Nutanix, etc.)
    • Desktop (VDI) and Application virtualization technologies.
    • Web application delivery, networking (Loadbalancing – F5, NetScaler etc.)
    • Knowledge of mobility solutions (Airwatch, Xenmobile, Mass360, Blackberry etc.) Hardware and storage (HP, IBM, etc.) Operating systems (windows, Linux, UNIX, power systems – AIX etc.)
    • Knowledge of backup & recovery and monitoring (infrastructure, application, network etc.) solutions.
    • Demo/POV/POC.
    • Age : 35-45 years.

    Senior Sales Manager (Cybersecurity & Tech)

    Job Duties / Description

    •  Lead and drive sales growth for cybersecurity and IT solutions across key enterprise and corporate clients.
    •  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
    •  Identify new business opportunities and oversee the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting to deal closure.
    •  Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
    •  Collaborate with Presales, Technical, and Product teams to design and deliver tailored technology solutions that meet client needs.
    •  Analyze market trends, competitive activities, and customer insights to inform business strategy.
    •  Provide leadership and mentorship to sales executives and account managers within the team.
    •  Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
    •  Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to promote brand visibility and thought leadership.

    Qualifications / Technical Requirements

    • A minimum of a B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech. in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 8–12 years of proven experience in ICT or Cybersecurity Solution Sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
    • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.), networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
    • Excellent business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead sales initiatives and drive market penetration. Professional certifications such as ITIL, OEM certifications, or advanced Sales/Leadership certifications will be an added advantage.
    • Age: 35–45 years.
