Job Description

• Responsible for keeping accounting records for branches.
• Responsible for supervision of all account’s clerks and cashier.
• Maintaining of ledger accounts.
• Tracking the execution of transactions at branches, safeguards of company assets and optimize benefits.
• Confirm that branch remittances are credited to bank accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare, monitor repayment schedule for all receivables.
• Preparations of payment vouchers and maintaining of a subsidiary ledger for purchases/VAT.
• Reconciliation of bank statements.
• Preparation of branch performance report.
• Preparation of prepayment schedule (Rents, rates etc.).

Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in relevant field.
• Experience in the use of accounting software
• Professional Qualification in Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Liaise with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.

Job Description

• Assist the Hub Manager in managing the day-to-day Hub operations in the company.
• Investigate failures, identify and understand root causes, drive continuous improvement.
• Track and locate missing items.
• Communicate with cargo heads and supervisors from different locations on the status of items.
• Work with Dispatch Riders to resolve issues or challenges experienced in the field.
• Track and monitor movements of dispatch riders.
• Allotment and dealing majorly with light parcel items items.
• Prepare and send daily report to the Operation coordinator.

• Must have at least 1 year experience in a Logistics company to qualify.

Job Summary / Objective

• The staff will be responsible for shipment assessment and raising of shipment assessment advice (light parcels, bulky shipments, household items and charters etc).

Job Duties / Responsibilities

• 100% inspection of items to be contracted on waybill.
• Properly identify, classify, mark, label and document shipment.
• Ascertain and advice the customer on the appropriate packaging required.
• Correct price allocation of waybill types.
• Ensure proper / detailed description of items on the assessment advice or where not practicable use “as per attached list”. A copy of such list should accompany the waybill.
• Tagging and marking of waybills.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, HND or OND qualification with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Only applicable to Male candidates.
