Description
- Supervises and coordinates all aspects of an agency.
- Liaise with agents and clients to ensure that targets are met, relevant policies and guidelines are upheld, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
- Oversees the operations of third-party agents in different locations nationwide.
- Track and monitor the movements of waybills.
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in a Logistics company.
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
