Job Description
- Assist the Hub Manager in managing the day-to-day Hub operations in the company.
- Investigate failures, identify and understand root causes, drive continuous improvement.
- Track and locate missing items.
- Communicate with cargo heads and supervisors from different locations on the status of items.
- Work with Dispatch Riders to resolve issues or challenges experienced in the field.
- Track and monitor movements of dispatch riders.
- Allotment and dealing majorly with light parcel items items.
- Prepare and send daily report to the Operation coordinator.
Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a Logistics company to qualify.
