    Account Executive

    Role Responsibilities

    • Maintain and update accounting records in compliance with IFRS and internal policies
    • Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger management.
    • Support budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
    • Prepare and analyse financial statements and management reports.
    • Assist in internal and external audit processes, providing relevant documentation.
    • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
    • Manage tax administration, including VAT, WHT, PAYE, and Corporate Income Tax filings.
    • Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting to regulatory authorities.
    • Proactive in receivables collection

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional qualification: ACA or (Final stage of ICAN).
    • 3–5 years relevant experience in accounting, preferably within the real estate or property services sector.
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
    • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills

    Sales Engineer - Briscoe Technical

    Job Overview

    • The Sales Engineer – MHE is responsible for driving sales and business growth for forklifts, warehouse equipment, construction machines, industrial solutions, and accessories. The role is sales-focused, requiring a strong track record in material handling equipment (MHE) sales or a related industry experience, with equal technical knowledge to enhance product expertise and customer engagement.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and execute strategic marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
    • Drive product sales for forklifts, warehouse equipment, and accessories, ensuring profitability and competitive market positioning.
    • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales agreements to potential customers.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies, providing insights into business growth.
    • Ensure timely payment collection and credit management from customers.
    • Conduct sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support business planning.

    Technical & Product Knowledge:

    • Possess a strong understanding of MHE applications, specifications, and selection criteria to provide technical guidance to customers.
    • Support customers in equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and basic troubleshooting.
    • Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth pre-delivery inspection and after-sales support.
    • Provide product training and demonstrations to customers, enhancing their operational efficiency

    Requirements
    Academic Qualification:

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Electrical or Mechanical)

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable sales experience in Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or a related industry.

    Personal Skills:

    • Hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of all ranges of Material Handling Equipment, including forklifts, warehouse equipment, and industrial lifting solutions.
    • Thorough knowledge in the selection and application of Material Handling Equipment, with the ability to guide customers on selecting the appropriate work environment, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for forklifts and other warehouse solutions.
    • Strong negotiation and business development skills to drive sales.
    • In-depth knowledge of MHE specifications, applications, and market demands.
    • Ability to interpret technical requirements and provide product recommendations to customers
    • Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting software.
