Role Overview

• We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2D Graphic Artist to join our creative team at our Gbagada office.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for producing visually compelling designs, animations, and graphics that effectively communicate our brand’s message and support various marketing, product, and corporate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality 2D graphics, illustrations, and animations.
• Develop creative content for marketing campaigns, product presentations, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into effective visual designs.
• Prepare design storyboards, models, and drafts to present creative concepts.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all visual materials.
• Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to 2D graphics and animation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years proven experience in 2D/3D design, animation, and motion graphics with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Blender, Maya, or Cinema4D.
• Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

• We are hiring an Operations Support – Backend Officer to ensure smooth daily operations of the CiCOServe platform.
• You will handle backend transaction issues, support reconciliation, maintain accurate records, and liaise with banks, service providers, and internal teams to resolve escalations quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and support daily backend operations for CiCOServe.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and exceptions.
• Provide backend data support for settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Liaise with service providers, banks, and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Prepare and review operational performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in operations support (fintech, banking, or payments preferred).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

About the Role

• We are looking for a Settlement & Reconciliation Officer with strong experience in financial transactions and payment platforms.
• The successful candidate will ensure accurate daily settlements on the CiCOServe platform, manage transaction disputes, and reconcile accounts in line with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily settlements, reconciliations, and transaction disputes.
• Liaise with settlement banks, NIBSS, Interswitch, and other partners.
• Maintain updated settlement databases and perform system reconciliations.
• Monitor pool account balances, client deposits, and billing statements.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation and settlement reports.
• Support chargeback dispute resolutions and customer complaints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years experience in settlements/reconciliation (banking, fintech, or payments).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reconciliation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
