The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and movement of agricultural commodities while maintaining quality, safety, and inventory control standards. This role is critical to optimizing supply chain efficiency and minimizing post-harvest losses.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for warehouse safety, hygiene, and quality control
Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare periodic operational reports
Coordinate logistics and distribution activities in collaboration with internal teams
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure operational excellence
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably within the agricultural sector
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficiency in inventory management systems and reporting tools.
