we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Vendor Associate to establish and maintain relationships with pharmacy partners. The successful candidate will visit pharmacy partners regularly, onboard new partners, provide ongoing support, and ensure their success on the platform.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular visits to pharmacy partners to establish and strengthen relationships.
Onboard new pharmacy partners, ensuring smooth integration onto the platform.
Educate pharmacy partners on the terms and conditions of the partnership agreement.
Train pharmacy staff on the platform's use, including order processing, inventory management, and customer communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing concerns and inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and troubleshoot operational issues.
Gather feedback from pharmacy partners to improve the platform and services.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in vendor management, account management, or customer service, preferably within the pharmaceutical or health tech sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally to meet pharmacy partners.
