The overall payment product user operation includes recall, new acquisition, fission, promotion, and other work, formulating an operation and recall plan, and effectively improving the conversion efficiency through diversified operation and recall methods;
Carry out effective stratification for users, formulate operation strategies for specific stratified users, and promote the refined operation of the entire life cycle of users;
Analyze user data, be able to continuously optimize operations and product strategies through data, and improve the efficiency of execution;
Link business, products, and technologies to effectively promote the implementation of operational strategies and be responsible for operational effects.
Requirement:
More than 3 years of user operation experience, successful operation cases with tens of millions of users are preferred, and backgrounds related to e-commerce or Internet finance are preferred;
Broad-minded, good at innovation, and strong operational planning, planning, and implementation capabilities;
Good resource integration ability and project management ability can effectively promote cross-organizational cooperation and get the final result.
